OutPsych Core Services
Our core services include:
Treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, OCD, and mood or psychotic disorders
ADHD medication management
PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder)
Perimenopause and menopause-related treatment
Perinatal psychiatric care
Psychiatric care for chronic illnesses like ME/CFS, dysautonomia, MCAS, and EDS
Gender affirming medical care
Visit frequency depends on your individual clinical needs.

Focused (75 min): $450

ADHD and Autism Assessment
OutPsych offers testing and evaluation for adults and adolescents seeking ADHD diagnosis or autism spectrum assessment.
Standardized measurements ($0)
Clinical evaluation time: $400/hour (typically 3-4 hours total)
Comprehensive written report: $400
Total: ~ $1600-$2000
Monthly Support Fee
$25/month for patients in ongoing care
Covers routine forms, letters, prior authorizations, messages, and coordination of care.
Also helps to support increased pro bono and sliding scale access.

Insurance & Reimbursement
OutPsych does not bill insurance directly. Many patients choose to seek out-of-network reimbursement, and receive an average of 40-80% back from their insurance company.
OutPsych is also able to submit out-of-network claims on your behalf, so you don’t have to keep track of superbills & claims submission!

The provider will recommend the right fit for you during the scheduling process, and you can ask any questions you need answered.
Will insurance reimburse me for your fees?
Short answer:
It depends, and you’re better equipped to find the answer to that question than we are.
Longer answer:
Most PPO or POS plans offer some level of out-of-network reimbursement, and OutPsych patients report an average of 40-80% of visit fee reimbursed. Some have 100% of the fee reimbursed!

Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale?
We offer payment plans for some services where the visit structure and cadence is very predictable. This applies to some gender-affirming care protocols, perimenopause treatment, and other services.
We also do our best to help current patients afford ongoing care by offering time-bound sliding scale services or pro bono.
If you need to discuss sliding scale care, you’re welcome to do that in your initial consultation!
What's the difference between those follow-up visit types?
And which ones will apply to me?
Psychotherapy-integrated visits combine talk therapy with medication management in the same appointment. Most of our providers practice this way, so your visits will likely be the “standard follow-up visits” rates.
Focused follow-up visits center entirely on medication management - assessing how your medications are working, making adjustments, monitoring side effects, and addressing any concerns. While these visits still include supportive discussion, they're more streamlined and focused on the medical aspects of your treatment. These are less common.
