Our fees support providers who can slow down, dig deeper, and take the time to get it right.
And we believe in clear, upfront pricing so you can make informed decisions about your care.
OutPsych Core Services
Our core services include:
Psychiatric treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and mood or psychotic disorders
ADHD assessment & medication management
PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder)
Perimenopause and menopause-related treatment
Perinatal psychiatric care
Neurodiversity-affirming autism assessment & report
Psychiatric care for chronic illnesses like ME/CFS, dysautonomia, MCAS, and EDS
Gender affirming medical care
We serve ages 6 and up in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Massachusetts

Our pricing reflects each provider's training pathway and experience level.
All OutPsych providers deliver excellent, comprehensive care—these differences simply reflect the healthcare industry's standard compensation structures based on credentials and years of practice. For those seeking out-of-network reimbursement, our pricing is structured to allow for the top tier care we provide, and to maximize your potential reimbursement from insurance.

Monthly Care & Access Fee
$15 per month
As an OutPsych patient, you receive comprehensive support that extends beyond your appointments. Your monthly care & access fee helps to maintain these resources, services, and supports while offering pro bono and sliding scale care to those who need it.

This monthly fee is part of how we deliver meticulous, compassionate care—ensuring you have continuous access to your provider, resources, support, and community whenever you need them.
***Note: If this fee creates a financial barrier to your care, please let us know. We can (and do!) waive this fee on a case-by-case basis, and you'll still receive full access to all resources and support. Your care matters more than this fee—and for those who can contribute, you're helping us maintain these resources for the entire OutPsych community.
Insurance & Reimbursement
OutPsych does not bill insurance directly. Many patients choose to seek out-of-network reimbursement, and receive an average of 40-80% back from their insurance company.
OutPsych is also able to submit out-of-network claims on your behalf, so you don’t have to keep track of superbills & claims submission!
