Where to start

Today (fifteen minutes): the Text Expander Setup Checklist. It's the highest-leverage thing in the kit. The checklist tells you which triggers to load first and in what order. Espanso if you want free and a little technical. TextExpander if you want polish. Your OS built-in if you want simple.

This week: load the top ten phrases from the Field Kit, plus the four most-used informed consent phrases (for the medications you prescribe most often). Plus the email templates — HIPAA out-of-office, crisis coverage, no-show follow-up. Those alone save you fifteen minutes the next time you take a day off.

Next month: the psychotherapy intervention phrases when you start documenting brief in-visit work. The treatment planning phrases when you onboard new patients.
